Tremendous location for families. Forckenbeckplatz, as small park, is at the back of the block, two minutes’ walk away. The park includes children’s “Bauspieleplatz Forcki” and it’s adjecent café, and a second large children’s playground. A Grundschule, Gymnasium and Musikschule are literally around the corner. Children’s and youth’s doctors are within a couple of minutes’ walk.
Also the Boxhagener Kiez, with its weekend farmers’ and flea markets, is just 10 minutes’ walk away. Here you have an even higher density of cafés, bars, restaurants and shops.
The river Spree can be reached in 20 minutes by foot (or in 10 minutes by bike).
Needless to say, the location is well served by public transport.
